Description:
The time limit for filing declaration in FORM GST ITC-01 is extended.
The due date is revised from 31st October, 2017 to 30th November, 2017.
The amendment is made to notification No. 44/2017–Central Tax.
Previous Notification: Notification No. 44/2017 – Central Tax dated 13th October, 2017.
Effective Date: 28th October, 2017.
