Subject: Exemption from GST registration for certain service providers supplying through e-commerce operators
Description:
Service providers supplying through an e-commerce operator liable to collect TCS are exempted from registration.
The exemption applies where aggregate turnover does not exceed ₹20 lakh in a financial year.
For special category States, the turnover threshold is ₹10 lakh.
Effective Date: 15th November, 2017.
