Subject: Extension of due date for filing CMP-08 for composition taxpayers.
Description:
Extends the due date for furnishing FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter July to September 2019. The revised due date is notified specifically for payment of self-assessed tax by composition dealers. The amendment is made by inserting an additional proviso in the principal notification.
