Subject: Further extension of GSTR-1 due dates for Jammu & Kashmir taxpayers
Description:
Extends the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for July to September 2019 till 30 November 2019. Applies to registered persons in Jammu & Kashmir with aggregate turnover exceeding ₹1.5 crore. Substitutes the earlier proviso to provide additional time.
