Subject: Further extension of due date for filing Annual Return and Reconciliation Statement
Description:
Extends the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-9 and FORM GSTR-9C for FY 2018-19. Substitutes the earlier due date of 31 October 2020 with 31 December 2020. Applies to all registered persons required to file annual return and reconciliation statement.
