Subject: Extension of due date for filing FORM GSTR-7 for July–September 2019 for Jammu & Kashmir.
Description:
This notification amends Notification No. 26/2019–Central Tax to extend the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-7 by TDS deductors for the months July to September 2019 up to 15 November 2019. The relief is applicable to deductors located in Jammu & Kashmir. It is issued under section 39(6) read with section 168 of the CGST Act.
