Subject: Extension of due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for October 2019 for Jammu & Kashmir.
Description:
This notification amends Notification No. 46/2019–CT to extend the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for October 2019 up to 20 December 2019 for registered persons in Jammu & Kashmir having turnover exceeding ₹1.5 crore. The relief is granted to ease compliance during the reorganisation period.
