This notification extends the due date for filing FORM GSTR-1 for November 2019 up to 31 December 2019 for registered persons in Assam, Manipur and Tripura having turnover exceeding ₹1.5 crore. It amends Notification No. 46/2019–CT. The relief addresses regional disruptions.
