This notification extends the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B for November 2019 up to 31 December 2019 for registered persons in Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura. It amends Notification No. 44/2019–CT under section 168. The extension provides targeted compliance relief.
