This notification exempts from IGST all goods supplied to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for execution of specified agriculture and nutrition-related projects listed in the Annexure, subject to certification by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The exemption supports international development projects in India.
